Excellent hotel, perfectly situated for a West End stay. Fantastic service with a smile and fabulous food in the restaurant that had a great buzz about it on the Saturday night.

Could not be faulted
I booked this hotel for a weekend away with my wife over the Valentine's weekend and was not disappointed in any way. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes walk away from Tottenham Court Road tube station and only a short walk away from Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Oxford Street and all the other attractions in this area.
The hotel itself is perfect. The rooms are exceptionally well finished although no tea/coffee facilities in the room which was the only minus. The bar is relaxed and friendly and the staff all very friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant/bar food was excellent with a great choice. There is a gym/spa also at the hotel although we never got round to seeing this as all the walking round the shops/attraction was exercise enough!
I guess you could find cheaper accommodation in London but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for". Personally I don't think I would now stay anywhere else when visiting London in future.

Disliked: Receptionist uniforms, surely they should be allowed something a little more flattering than plain pink jumpers bobbly from too many washes?
