Good hotel in good locaction

Nice large city hotel, just beside Hyde Park and literally 1 min round the corner from Marble Arch tube station. Got upgraded at check in to a larger room. Breakfast a bit pricey at £19 but suppose par for the course in London City Centre. Clean, modern hotel and staff were pleasant enough.

Excellent location - will go back

Hotel was excellent location just behind Oxford St, staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Room very clean. Room quiet despite being slap bang in middle of all the action. Seconds walking distance to main shopping, all main bus routes within seconds/minutes walk, as were lots of restaurants. Everything in hotel run well and very smoothly, only problem 2 mornings ran out of bowls at breakfast! We will be returning to this hotel again usually we stay a little way away from centre but this location just made everything so much easier and cheaper - taxis when needed from theatre at night for instance. what a pleasant surprise this hotel was and a great find!

Great value hotel

This hotel represents great value and is based close to shops and transport links. The staff are very customer orientated and are keen to help. The rooms are spacious and clean with modern amenities. I have stayed here before and can reccomend it.

Definately a repeat vacation!

We were happy with the location. Very close to catch the bus tours, walk in Hyde Park, or shop on Oxford Street. We would definately stay in the same hotel. People in the hotel were very friendly and helpful with questions about London.

Perfectly fine

Location: excellent Room: larger than expected, comfortable, included all required facilities - safe, good bathroom, television, hair dryer Food: my rate didn't include breakfast so I didn't have it in the hotel. I did have room service one night and was disappointed with the Nasi Goreng but I wouldn't dwell on that too much Service was excellent all round - reception, concierge, porters & cleaning staff all top notch Fitness room: very compact but open 24 hours which is great. Overall this hotel is large and impersonal in a great location and well run. I'd stay here again.
