This hotel is ideal, if like us you are going to the theatre. Just round the corner from Billy elliot and wicked. Also very close to Victoria station and Victoria underground.

Staff were extremly helpful and pleasant. We stayed in a twin which was on the small side, but nontheless, comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent, it caters for everyone. Hotel is within walking distance from Victoria tube station.

The hotel location was great, but the hotel itself needs some rennovation. Shower was old and didn't work right. I don't think there was air or a fan in the room. Fine for one night though, or if on a tighter budget in London.

Good central location. It would have been an added useful touch to have had complimentary bottled water in our room.

Thistle Westminster is a great hotel. Well placed and very comfortable. There was one slight downside... we stayed on a Sunday evening and there was very limited room service and food service in general. The staff were very pleasant and the room was really nice, although, not much room to move around - especially between the end of the bed and wardrobe. Bathroom was okay and shower was good. Towels were a good size. Would stay there again.
