Staff responded to requests quickly and effectively. General appearance and cleanliness of hotel very good. Proximity to Tube station with links on district and picadily lines made it easy to transfer from LC airport and to visit the west end.

We were very disappointed in this hotel... We had a twin room the first 5 nights, then a triple room for 2 more nights. We had to change rooms for the twin because our AC did not work and they acted very surprised at the desk that we thought that we needed AC. We were on the second floor, it was very stuffy and the window only opened a few inches. We tried opening the window for ventilation the first 2 nights, but there was so much street noise we couldn't sleep. I explained to them that I paid for a room with AC and I wanted what I paid for. Then when we switched rooms the alarm clock and hair dryer didn't work and they said they didn't have replacements for either. Of course, I didn't pack my own hair dryer because it was stated that they had them. The double bed in the triple room was the WORST bed I have ever slept on in my life! It dipped down a good 4 inches right at hip level and we tossed and turned all night. Some of the people at the desk were incredibly non-caring, others were apologetic and helpful. The location was great, but I sure wish I would have booked across the street at the Holiday Inn or Best Western ~ instead of going with the "London experience" hotel.

Good hotel for the price, well positioned for easy access to most of city as close to tube station. The rooms were clean and tidy and room size was far bigger than many I have stayed in in London. Breakfast was the only disapointment, being not very well stocked and not much choice - hot or cold, for the price. Also the ridiculous system of having to buy a voucher for breakfast in the morning when no one bothers to check seems a bit pointless!

We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, but the staff were very indifferent to our request for assistance in making international calls, and bordered on being rude.

Good location for the museums, and decent enough. The TV didn't work and they didn't replace a missing light bulb when asked. The bathroom had a slight moldy smell. All this is perhaps normal for London, though.

This hotel was accurately reviewed by previous travllers. I have no doubt that other American tourists will enjoy their experience here.

We really liked this cute little room - not a lot of space, but more space than some rooms I have seen in London! TV reception was not the greatest, but as we basically only slept there, it did not matter. Location is fantastic - about a block from the Tube and price was very reasonable. This will be the first place I look when I return to London.

After reading the reviews about the Park International I was a bit worried about what our stay would be like. I was very PLEASANTLY surprised to find out that the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and there was more than enough space. We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds, it had all other ammenities (tv, bathroom, toiletries, etc). In addition, despite the reviews, the hotel staff was lovely and very helpful. I will definitely look it up again! Even better the hotel was within walking distance of a lot of great sights (e.g., Hyde Park) and a short Tube stop away from anywhere in central London that you wanted to be.

If you have time and stay at this hotel, check out The Victoria and Albert Museum (not crowded)or the Natural History Museum, if you are with kids. London has so many free attractions. We really enjoyed a free concert at St. Martin-in-the Fields and any regular neighborhood, not catering to tourists. The pace is much more relaxed and more interesting.
